The Preserve at Columbus Park

Civil engineering services for the Phase I development of a 224 unit apartment complex with a clubhouse, pool, parking and associated amenities on the site accessed off Whittlesey Boulevard in the City of Columbus. A Phase II master plan layout and grading plan was also prepared for the approximately 40 acres remaining on the master tract.
