For the adaptive reuse of the historic Miller Union Stockyard building into an office, entertainment mixed-use destination in Atlanta’s West Side, the team worked with the City of Atlanta and the Marietta Street Artery Association, to create shared parking. The shared parking allowed the project to maximize parking deck usage to all but 5 hours a day.
