Eberly & Associates is currently providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the new mixed-use development that straddles Howell Mill Road in West Midtown.
The development located on 4.75 acres includes a 15-story, 267,000 s.f. class A office building, with 40,000 s.f. of ground retail. Luxury amenities include a rooftop cafe, multiple amenity decks and tenant terraces feature greenroof spaces (pictured above).
The office building, now home to the Nike Technology Innovation Center, features green roofs totaling 34,000 s.f. which provide year-round blooms. Roof Blue system by LiveRoof was used to capture and store precipitation and further use it for the roof. This system allowed us to remove one underground vault. The vault that is in place doubles as water supply for the green roofs. Office is currently pursuing LEED certification.
Our team also was a part of Star Metals residences, Sentral, which located across from the office building. Additionally, we are providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the next phase, Stella, a multi-family component of the district.
Star Metals Office received a Merit Award in the General Design Category from the American Society of Landscape Architects during the 2023 Southeast Regional Conference.
