The Brunswick is a live/work community, located adjacent to Lillian Webb Park. The five-story mid-rise is designed to complement the historic neighborhood. The 184-unit, 195,560 s.f. development features a 280-space parking deck for residents and the public, plus a luxury pool deck, hammock grove, and fire pits. This Public-Private Partnership with the City of Norcross and the developer provided an opportunity for a collaborative approach on stormwater management facility and utilities for the project. Our team designed a system that also managed the stormwater for the adjacent City/County Library. Additionally, we managed over 20-feet of elevation change across the frontage, piped and re-routed state waters and rerouted park sewer, managed contaminated groundwater, and captured and reroute offsite water to minimize our stormwater retention.
